Put your heel (left if you throw with your left hand and vice versa) on the front of the mound and the other foot behind the mound. Make sure that both of your feet are pointed towards the catcher.
Rock forward, then back, with your hand and the ball in your glove. When you rock back put your hands obove your head, but don't take them out of your glove.
Hold the ball in your hand and bring your arm behind your body while you keep your glove arm bent in front of you. Make sure your front foot is on your toe and your body is bent leaning forward.
Use your front leg to push off the mound and bring your other leg in front while your hand with the ball comes forward in a backwards cirlcle motion across your body. When your leg lands, your body should be in an "X" position with the ball slightly in front of your body.
Bring both your hands straight down as fast as you can and when your glove hand hits your leg, bend your wrist holding the ball (snap it) and release the ball. At the same time, drag your back foot and hit the middle of your front foot.
